Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Products/Services

All products and services sold on victoriainstitutions.com are digital in nature (PDF files, design deliverables, etc.). They are non-tangible and delivered instantly or upon completion via email/download link.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and custom nature of our services:

• No refunds are provided after payment and commencement of work (or delivery of files).
• All sales are final.

In rare cases of significant defects or non-delivery attributable to us, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Provide corrections/revisions at no extra cost, or
• Issue a partial credit for future services (not cash refund).

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order only before work has started (i.e., before files/content are submitted or design process begins). In such cases:

• Full refund minus any transaction fees (if applicable).
• After work begins, cancellation is not eligible for refund.

4. Defective Files

If a delivered file has technical issues preventing normal use (e.g., corrupted PDF), contact us within 7 days. We will re-deliver a corrected version at no charge.
