Welcome to VICTORIA Creative Services ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our services, including professional book design, formatting, print-ready PDFs, digital PDFs, cover design, and related digital products.

By accessing our site or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide digital creative services on a custom or pre-defined basis. All deliverables are digital files (PDFs, images, etc.) delivered via email or download link. No physical products are shipped.

3. Orders and Payment

• All prices are in USD and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is required in full before work begins (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• We accept payments via the methods displayed on our site.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and delivery, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables for the intended purpose (e.g., publishing your book). We retain ownership of all original source files, templates, and pre-existing materials unless otherwise agreed.

You warrant that any content you provide (text, images, etc.) does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Revisions

Standard packages include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Delivery and Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed dates, but we are not liable for delays due to client feedback delays or force majeure events.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
